Positive Feedback:
WDCFS is a must do for all middle level professional. Perhaps made complusory for some organisations.

I am truly grateful to have joined for the Certified Program for Executive Excellence (CPEE) offered by the Dale Carnegie Finishing School , Bangalore.

The two months so far has instilled in me great amount of confidence and knowledge on the current business realities. Kudos to Neelam Malik and Pooja Rao for their relentless efforts, sincerity, and dedication in helping us come out of our comfort zones.

Years of work experience of the trainers backs their qualification of Masters in Business Administration in making us see the practical implications of the various concepts and theories taught in the class in the real life corporate world. Thus all the sessions of the course are activity based and sharing of knowledge and experience rather than a one-way lecture. The mixture of fresh college graduates, housewives and executives with work experience creates a vibrant atmosphere, making the arena unique of its kind.

It is a privilege for the conglomerate and myself, to reveal that there has not been, any drop-out so far, any dip in the level of enthusiasm in students right from day one.
Though the Psychometric evaluations are being administered in finding the inherent strengths and skill sets of the students, the batch is yet to reap the benefits from the client list of Dale Carnegie Finishing School , in terms of internship and placement. The course is definitely making me better equipped with, effective conversational skills, the high impact talks and presentations, the current business realities, corporate etiquettes and above all, my overall personality development.

This course means a lot to me, as it is an inward journey to myself, and enlightens me about many unknown strengths of mine. Infact, this is the for the
first time,am being selfish and doing something exclusively beneficial to me and only me.Neelam and Puja are a very good team, and together they make, the journey of self discovery, a happy one.(keeping our self respect intact). So much encouragement and personal attention is given just to be ourselves. Amazed at the way this course, has got a total change in my attitude towards any situations and added a all new perspective to my thought process.

I have a corporate experience of close to five years and when i came to WDC i was looking for a way to hone my managerial skills.I can honestly say that it has been worth every penny.CPEE has changed my perception of the right way to coaching and facilitating.Although the course content by itself is excellent and highly valuable, I should say with a lot of emphasis that Neelam and Pooja have done an exceptional job.They lead from the front and have been instrumental in changing my ideals about coaching in various aspects.They not only taught them to me, they lived them before me and the results thatI SAW in my classmates was amazing.So I would say HIP HIP HURRAY for CPEE, Neelam and Pooja.

I came into WDC with absolutely no expectations. And that was the best part as i m enjoying every minute of it. But like they say " all good things need to come to an end"; don't know how I'll feel post march once we re done with this couse.

Our trainers have made all the difference. They have taught us so much that I honestly don t think words can do justice to. Since i m working they have always been very understanding about schedules and have always been encouraging and accomodating. This is the best aspect of the institute. Ilike the positive atmosphere, encouragement, the smiling faces, the greetings of even the office staff boys, how we can freely express our opinion...just about everything.

And hope that more people get to experience this world. And to grow as individuals and be the best that they possibly can.To respect and understand people. to listen and love.And lots more.....

The overall feedback I would like to give on WDC is "EXCELLENT".
The way of coaching by Neelam and Pooja is impressive, easy to understand and down-to-earth.
The guest lecture provided in between the course by the WDC faculties is more impressive and informational.
I very often feel like I should enroll myself for this course every four months.

I am writing this mail as part of the assessment of the CPEE course. So far I have been highly impressed with the program because of its relevance and the way it is delivered. I can say that I have regained a lot of confidence whichI seem to have lost. I am much more aware about myself and the concepts on human relationshipand the leadership are really helpful. I look forward to become a much more rounded professional by the end of the program. The skills which I acquire would be beneficial for life.
