The incumbent will head
the operations for the location. (S)he
will be responsible for meeting and exceeding
revenue goals, driving the business plans
and achieving the company business goals.

| Responsibilities: |
1. Meeting revenue budgets for the
financial year.
2. The incumbent will be required to interface
with corporate clients, comprehend core-learning
requirements and recommend structured
training solutions in order to achieve
the Branch Business Plan and the revenue
budgets for the year
3. Achievement of budgeted revenues from
Public program, Corporate Sales, Generation
next of are met by the individuals and
teams.
4. Branch Management – To ensure
that Branch resources are managed for
achievement of P& L objectives for
the year and foundation for next years
growth is laid.
5. Ensure that manpower is in place to
carry out the tasks for achieving revenue
targets. Provide communication facility
to all staff members for client interface.
Generate database to ensure a wide reach.
Monitor activity and focus on performance
by periodic reviews. Provide motivation
and coaching support.
6. Build relationship with existing accounts.
7. Develop new accounts based on account
selection process.
8. Maintain Sales Management process to
track activities.
9. Build database to drive referral business.
10. You should be able to maintain high
process discipline and be open to working
in a matrix type reporting structure. |
| Qualifications & Experience |
• A post graduate, preferably an
MBA with 12 – 15 years of Business
Development experience in BFSI, IT/ITES,
IT Consulting, HR consulting. •
Strong Solution Selling background, handled
high value corporate sales with an extremely
successful track record of CXO level Concept
Selling/Consulting. • Exceptional
Interpersonal ability to carry people of
very high caliber as team members.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally
and with all levels of the organization.
• Understanding of the Indian
industry needs in People Development.
