The incumbent will be responsible to interface
with corporate clients, comprehend core-learning
requirements and deliver structured training solutions.
Prior training experience is not mandatory. You
would have to undergo a challenging trainer certification
process upon selection. |

- Interface with corporate clients & Institutions
- Continuously update your knowledge of current
corporate and business trends.
- Have a high level of target orientation and
the capability to personally drive and build
a strong client base and customer satisfaction
- Interacting and networking amongst the target
segment for effectively positioning the company’s
business
- Achievement of the financial goals of the
business

| Qualifications & Experience: |
- A postgraduate, preferably an MBA with 7
– 10 years with a flair for business development
& consulting.
- Exceptional Interpersonal ability to carry
people of very high caliber as team members
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally
and with all levels of the organization.
- Understanding of the Indian industry needs
in People Development.
- Prior training experience is not mandatory.

Management and creating new business opportunities
for the location. (S)he will be responsible for
meeting and exceeding revenue goals. |
| Responsibilities: |
- Provide consultative offerings to existing
and new clients .
- Work on new client acquisition and repeat
business acquisitions
- Comprehend the business challenges and recommend
appropriate and relevant solutions
- Prepare detailed, monthly , quarterly and
annual plans for the location.
- Be responsible for Business development and
top-line growth in the location
- Interact and network amongst the target segment
for effectively positioning the company’s
business.
- Achieve and exceed the financial goals of
the business for the location.

| Qualifications & Experience: |
- A post graduate, preferably an MBA with 8–
10 years of Business Development experience
in BFSI, IT/ITES, IT Consulting, HR consulting.
- Strong Solution Selling background, handled
high value corporate sales with an extremely
successful track record of senior level Concept
Selling/Consulting
- Experience in selling of Psychometrics and
assessments solutions desirable.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally
and with all levels of the organization.
- Understanding of the Indian industry needs
in People Development.

US. The Company is now expanding its services
on a new initiative with the support of the Karnataka
State Govt. Given the critical need being faced
in India of developing global standard ‘employability
skills’, WPFL is setting up a state-of-the
art Institute at Bangalore, which, in its first
phase will cater to developing Industry-readiness
for Engineering graduates, who are assessed to
be technically competent but lacking in soft/business
skills. With the IT Industry absolutely bullish
about recruiting this block of talent, the Institute
plans to train almost 10,000 students in the first
year of operations, going up to 20,000 over the
next 2-3 years. |
| Role: |
The Faculty team for the
Institute would be specially certified through
the Global Trainer Endorsement Process of Dale
Carnegie Training for delivery of the respective
courses and would be accountable for meeting the
strategic employability skills development mandate
of this initiative. |
| Responsibilities: |
- Clear the Trainer Endorsement process wrt
the Finishing School curriculum
- Accountable for ‘x’ hrs of curriculum
delivery for assigned batches at the Institute
- Manage the complete academic process for the
assigned batches so as to ensure consistent
achievement of outcome standards as specified
by the Institute
- Represent the Institute at the marketing &
promotion stages
- Interface with Industry as required for constant
feedback on the learning requirements as well
as student placements/internships
- Mentor intern students as per course practice

| Qualifications & Experience: |
- Graduate/MBA with around 5- 8 years of experience
in Sales & Marketing, Training, HR, IT/ITES,
Consulting services or outstanding individuals
from the Academic Field wanting to shift to
a world class training & development domain·
- Good knowledge pertaining to the field of
Indian and Global business scenario·
- Experience in working with and managing client/student
relationships.
