- Implement marketing strategies to achieve
business goals
- Meet customers, business associates
for generating business, getting feedback
and build business relationships
- Fulfill the customer requirements in

| Qualifications & Experience: |
- A graduate/post graduate preferably
an MBA with 8-10 years of experience,
having a flair for business development
and consulting
- Understanding the industry needs in
People development space
- Experience of handling high value corporate
sales with a demonstrated business track
record.
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Excellent negotiation skills
