The incumbent will be responsible
for Accounts Management and creating new
business opportunities for the location.
(S)he will be responsible for meeting
and exceeding revenue goals.

| Responsibilities: |
1. To build relationship with existing
accounts.
2. To develop new accounts based on account
selection process
3. To maintain Sales Management process
to track activities for Quality & Quantity
4. To build database to drive referral business
5. To ensure Quarterly Pipeline of Prospects
to achieve the target
6. To ensure a minimum of 10 Business meetings
in a week.
7. To ensure minimum of 5 referral telesales
a week
8. To ensure minimum 30% of Business Generated
is from Large Accounts (Minimum 3 Accounts)
through Accounts Selection Process, Up selling
in Existing Accounts Tactical selling in
Potential Accounts

| Qualifications & Experience: |
• A post graduate, preferably an
MBA with 5 -- 10 years of Business Development
experience in BFSI, IT/ITES, IT Consulting,
HR consulting. • Strong Solution
Selling background, handled high value corporate
sales with an extremely successful track
record of senior level Concept Selling/Consulting
• Proven ability to work
cross-functionally and with all levels of
the organization. • Understanding
of the Indian industry needs in People Development.
