Role

The incumbent will be accountable for the complete administrative requirement of the Center- e.g. security, services, maintenance, facilities, inventory, infrastructure

Responsibilities
  • Will be accountable for the complete administrative requirement of the Center- e.g. security, services, maintenance, facilities, inventory, infrastructure.
  • Will need to interact / Coordinate with internal & external customers at all levels (specifically at senior management levels) & will need to display a lot of finesse in time management.
  • Will need to interface with all aspects of managing the logistics of a learning center.
  • Will be responsible for all interfaces with local authorities, property owners, local Government Agencies
Qualifications & Experience
  • Senior, mature professional, with hands-on experience of managing facilities/logistics.
  • Needs to have prior experience in facilities management, co ordination across lines of business & MIS management.
  • Age- around 30 - 35
  • Familiar with statutory/Government/local agencies liaison.
  • Commerce/Management background with sharp business acumen.
  • Will have the admin team reporting into him.
