Position Senior Position in Marketing

Role The incumbent will head the Marketing function for the company. (S)he will be responsible for developing the overall marketing strategy, driving the marketing plans and achieving the company business goals.
Responsibilities:
  • · Developing a cohesive Marketing strategy for all business verticals.
  • Brand Building to ensure top-line growth.
  • Preparing detailed long term and annual plans. Work with each business vertical to develop & execute a Marketing Activity Calendar to drive customer acquisition for the respective business.
  • Develop and head the complete online marketing program to exponentially increase customer acquisition, leads and page views.

Role The incumbent will head the Human Resource Function for the company. (S)he will provide leadership and coordination of company Human Resource functions. Develop and implement corporate Human Resource strategy and programs.
Responsibilities:
  • Create company strategic recruitment and selection plan.

Responsibilities:
  • Dealing with tax authorities , handling various tax matters – income tax, wealth tax, service tax, fringe benefit tax, etc - effective tax planning to minimize tax burden.
  • Assist in preparation of Annual budgets, monthly MIS and other MIS required by management, tracking and monitoring the same against budgets
