Training Processes & Methodology

At the core of the Dale Carnegie Training® Process for participants will be a
four-phase approach that coaches them through the following achievement cycle

Attitude Change

Top performers possess the right attitude and skills. We will continuously motivate the students to strive to surpass their goals. We will assist them to envision what they can become, thus creating a positive, enthusiastic attitude.

Knowledge

We will provide students with information, tools, and strategies for success. The Dale Carnegie Training® Principles and Drivers of Success lay a strong foundation for development

Practice

We will immerse students in real-world challenges. Participants will stretch their comfort zones to include results-producing skills, activities, and tasks. We encourage and teach individuals to apply their newly acquired skills in real-world situations.

Skill

Through personalized coaching and feedback, students will be able to practice learned techniques until they master new skills. These new skills will allow associates
to achieve organizational objectives and exceptional results.

Our experience has taught us that to be effective, training must be interactive and participatory. Business skills are learned by doing. They are not learned by listening to lectures or tapes or by reading books and magazines.

Coaching at the Walchand Dale Carnegie Finishing School will be interactive and participatory.

Trainers will use a balance of presentation, practice, coaching, open discussion, videos and real-life. Best practices will be shared. New habits and skills will be developed over time.
