Curriculum

The Certificate Program in Executive Excellence (CPEE) is the core program offered at the Dale Carnegie Finishing School . Based on extensive research on Indian employability requirements and with the support of detailed inputs from industry thought leaders, the curriculum has been designed by the Dale Carnegie Global Center of Instruction Design, St. Louis, USA. The entire curriculum focuses on developing and enhancing the very skill sets that employers seek while recruiting candidates.

This program is specifically designed to impart real world skills that make an individual an industry ready professional. It includes the following

1. 16 weeks of classroom instruction
2. 8 weeks of industry experience through internship offered to interested candidates
3. 35 hours of online course on English language for workplace success
4. Behavioral, cognitive, aptitude and language skills assessment
5. Individual mentoring
6. Preparation for interviews, group discussions and placement

The objective of the CPEE is to ensure that its graduates are well equipped to make a mark in the corporate world not only with their first job assignment but can also leverage their skills for subsequent performance and career growth. This program will help individuals to

  • Developing customer handling and relationship skills.
  • Impacting performance, culture and process improvement through soft skills.
  • Role plays and project applications
  • Work at the organization as a full time adjunct member, fit into the organization schedule and fulfill all agreed upon responsibilities and objectives.
  • Follow policies and duties outlined by the organization and meet all scheduled commitments and arrangements made in connection with the internship
  • Perform work assignments to the best of his/ her abilities
  • Become a participating member of the organizations staff
  • Function in a professional manner at all times
  • Submit reports in a timely manner as required by the organization
  • Submit final summary report at the end of the internship
  • Meet established internship objectives
