Once that is done, they work on impacting their skill sets and behavior in alignment with the organizational goals.

As a part of our endeavour to work with young adults in providing them with employability skills and making them industry ready, we offer you two critical assessment services in partnership with PerformanSe SAS. Through this service, we ensure that you get the best guidance in order to enhance your skills that will not only help us work towards your professional development, but will also identify your key behavioural and cognitive capabilities that will work best for your career growth.

The CPEE integrates an invaluable and unique process wherein students are profiled through validated assessment tools used by companies globally. This process enables personalized Coaching & Mentoring during the normal curriculum delivery.
