Increasingly, organizations and managers are
working on getting most from their people assets.
To have this happen successfully, business leaders
are getting to know their team members better.
Once that is done, they work on impacting their
skill sets and behavior in alignment with the
organizational goals.
As a part of our endeavour to work with young
adults in providing them with employability skills
and making them industry ready, we offer you two
critical assessment services in partnership with
PerformanSe SAS. Through this service, we ensure
that you get the best guidance in order to enhance
your skills that will not only help us work towards
your professional development, but will also identify
your key behavioural and cognitive capabilities
that will work best for your career growth.
The CPEE integrates an invaluable and unique
process wherein students are profiled through
validated assessment tools used by companies globally.
This process enables personalized Coaching &
Mentoring during the normal curriculum delivery.
This ensures that, while the student learns and
applies knowledge in the classical group format,
he/she is additionally 'mentored' on a combination
of areas- both behavioral and cognitive for all
round development and growth. The extensive interface
of Dale Carnegie Training with the corporate environment
provides the ability to coach students specifically
on traits that are believed to be critical for
their success in both- their personal lives as
well as their professional career.
At the onset of the program at the Walchand Dale
Carnegie Finishing School, each student will undergo
TWOB - an assessment that tests an individual’s
cognitive and behavioral skills. The TWOB is a
combination of two tests - ECHO and PEPCO. While
the ECHO creates the behavioral profile of the
evaluee, the PEPCO tests cognitive (brain) functions.
This 50-minute online test is a series of seven
exercises that test various cognitive parameters.
The Behavioural Areas covered are:
- Introversion-Extroversion
- Relaxation-Anxiety
- Questioning-Assertion
- Determination-Receptiveness
- Improvisation-Rigour
- Intellectual Conformism-Intellectual Dynamism
- Conciliation-Combativeness
- Motivation for Facilitation-Motivation for

Towards the end of the course at the Walchand
Dale Carnegie Finishing School when students are
ready to be a part of the corporate world, they
will be put through the Job Guide - an assessment
tool that helps create the ideal profile of an
individual for a job role depending on the requirement
of the recruiter. This tool will be used for internship
and placement of successful candidates
